Una asociación italiana de medioambiente que participa en una red europea ha formado un consorcio para la convocatoria H2020 SCC-02-2016-17 (Demostrando soluciones innovadoras basadas en la naturaleza en ciudades) del programa H2020. El objetivo es avanzar en una aplicación de soluciones basadas en la naturaleza en zonas urbanas como demostradores para actividades futuras. Las dos ciudades son Milán y una ciudad de la región del Rurh en Alemania. Se busca un organismo de investigación para coordinar el proyecto. La fecha límite de la convocatoria es el 8 de marzo de 2016 (primera fase) y el 6 de septiembre (segunda fase).

Italian environmental association set up a consortium for Horizon 2020 project SCC-02-2016-17 Demonstrating innovative nature-based solutions in cities.
The project objectives are to find design and implement nature based solutions in two ´frontrunner´ city area with three ´follower´ cities also included to prepare future designs for their city areas. The purpose is to advance the application of nature based solutions (green/blue infrastructure) in urban areas as demonstrators for future activities.
The two frontrunner city would be Milan and a city from the Ruhr area in Germany
In the consortium there are already the following partners from Italy and Germany:
- local organization/authorities from the Milan area
- urban planning and environmental studios
- university

The project proposal intends to demonstrate nature based solutions in the Metropolitan Region of Milan with the Seveso river and in the Ruhr Metropolitan Region with the Emscher river as front-runner cities. The three follower cities are currently under discussion.

The consortium is looking for a German coordinator willing to lead he consortium and able to perform some of the activities of the project
