La empresa busca un socio en la UE con experiencia en formación, coaching y asesoramiento con el fin de participar en el programa 4.3. Power. Una vez finalizado el proyecto, todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual serán transferidos a la empresa, que pondrá a disposición la herramienta para uso gratuito.

The SME from East Poland is preparing the project which is going to provide an effective tool/solution supporting Polish family companies in the form of a book, video clips collection, IT platform, instruction manual and other.
The company is searching for a partner from the EU, who has experience in providing trainings, coaching and advising service and who will apply with them for a reimbursement in the held contest in the Polish operational programme (4.3. POWER).
Description:
The effect of the project has to provide an effective tool/solution supporting Polish family companies, which will have a form of a book, video clips collection, IT platform, instruction manual or any else.
The project will be submitted to the national, operational programme 4.3.Knowledge Education Development.

The company obtained and accounted for the grants dedicated to entrepreneurs, start-ups, territorial government units, universities, non-governmental organizations (both profit- and non-profit ones) with a total value of several hundred million PLN.
The SME has been already carrying out a project with a Finnish educational cluster - IT simulator for running a company and have been dealing with the comprehensive service of the projects related to, among other things, infrastructure, R-Y-D, trainings, consulting and promotion.It also has a vast experience in writing applications and carrying out projects in a reimbursing company.

The role of the potencial partner in the project is providing trainings, coaching, networking or promotion and advising service.

After the project completion, all intellectual property rights will be transferred to the reimbursing company, which will make the created tool/solution available free of charge.

Searched partners should have experience in:
-working for the sake of family companies (providing any sort of trainings, advising, coaching, networking or promotion),
-conducting a profit or nonprofit activities,
or
would like to promote yourself and enter the Polish market with a pilot and free tool in order to introduce full and chargeable versions.


The contest lasts until the end of September 2017 and a description of a tool/solution planned
for implementation has to be prepared by then.
