El objetivo es desarrollar un sistema de seguridad para viviendas inteligentes basado en sensores y cámaras de infrarrojos. El instituto se encargará de suministrar el sensor. Description:
Background
A South Korean R-Y-D institute specialized in nanotechnology is looking for a partner to conduct Eurostars2 call together. The institute would like to converge technology of Nanoelectromechanical systems(NEMS) or Microelectromechanical systems(MEMS) Infrared Ray (IR) sensors on complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuit. They are looking for a partner with relevant expertise or capabilities to support the project.

Target
The objective of this project is to make a new smart of Internet of Things (IoT) system applicable to smart home by using uncooled Infrared Ray (IR) sensor and camera. The sensor that used for the project will be lowest, smallest, simplest thermal image sensor through a cost-effective nanotechnology controlled by MEMS sensors and wafer-level packaging on CMOS read-out Integrated Curcuit (IC) wafer.

Role of the company
The partner will co-develop a system that can be adopted to the uncooled IR sensors and cameras for realizing secure and smart home, home security, fire detection, presence detection, and the partner should collaborate on finding further application use of sensor. The partner need to have experience in developing and designing products out of research result.
