Una Facultad de Económicas de Macedonia está desarrollando un proyecto dentro de la convocatoria FETOPEN-01-2016-2017-RIA y busca socios con experiencia en simulación, modelización y exploración. El objetivo es explorar la transformación continua de empresas y proponer un modelo de cambio para la transformación continua mediante el uso del Lenguaje de Modelado Unificado Ejecutable. El modelo de cambio debe ser capaz de responder de forma rápida a la realidad mediante la autotransformación cuando la realidad se autotransforme, así como de autogenerar novedades que dirijan la realidad hacia una dirección de transformación basada en los resultados de autotransformación del modelo. La fecha límite de la convocatoria es el 27 de septiembre de 2017 y el plazo para presentar expresiones de interés finaliza el 20 de junio.

A Macedonian Faculty of Economics is developing project under H2020-FETOPEN-01-2016-2017-RIA call and is looking for project partners experienced in simulation, modelling and exploration research. The project aims at exploring the continuous transformation of transforming companies and proposes a changing model for continuous transformation by using the Executable Unified Modelling Language.
Description:
The companies now operate in conditions of very volatile environment with radical and unforeseen changes. They face "post normal" problems - urgent practical problems with high stakes and large and possibly irreducible uncertainties and complexities involved. To meet these challenges the companies need to transform its self and its environment. This is a must in industries like the fashion and information technology. Unfortunately there is more than 60% failure rate of transformations. The main shortcoming of the models that guide these transformations is that they remain static although everything around them is transforming. Our targeted breakthrough is in capturing the continuous transformation in a changing model of entities, interactions and constraints by using holon-based modelling approach and Executable Unified Modelling Language. The changing model will have the following characteristics:
-be able to rapidly respond to the reality by self-transforming itself when the reality self-transforms and
-be able to self-create novelty that will guide the reality in a direction of transformation based on the model´s self-transformation results.
The novelty of this proposal is based on three elements and their combination: new type of companies - T-company; changing model and holon-based modelling.
The scientific foundation this research aim is
· An initial development of changing model that will be based on holon-based modelling,
· Introduction and development of holon-based modelling as an integral approach to modelling,
· Demonstration of the value of the changing model in transforming company.
The Faculty is looking for partners that have that have experience in simulation, modelling and exploitative research.
