El objetivo es desarrollar un nuevo proceso para fabricar bolsas destinadas a soluciones farmacéuticas. La nueva planta de producción se integra con TIC y con un sistema de esterilización basado en tecnología de radiofrecuencia que combina calentamiento rápido y amplificación para la alteración de masas bacterianas. La empresa construye maquinaria para radiofrecuencia y soldadura por termocontacto, es decir, máquinas de soldadura de plástico y secadoras para tejidos, productos alimenticios, papel, etc. y otros equipos de soldadura.

An Italian SME working on machineries for radio-frequency and thermocontact welding field is looking for an end user in the medical sector to participate to a Fast Track to Innovation project aiming at realizing new process to produce bags for pharmaceutical solutions.
Description:
The project aims to propose a new process to produce bags for pharmaceutical solutions. The new production plant is integrated with ICT and with an innovative sterilization system based on Radio Frequency that combines rapid heating and amplification for the disruption of bacterial masses.
The company plans and builds machineries for radio-frequency and thermocontact welding, that is plastic material welding machines and dryers for textiles, foodstuffs, paper, and so on, as well as other welding equipments.
The tyoe of partners sought are mainly end users. In particular:
- End user: SME working in the medical sector such as blood or infusion bag manufacturers
- End user: SME or other players working in baby food manufacturing industry to test the new machinery
- Research providers: R-Y-D Institution -Y- University in order to support the technology development for the improvement of an innovative sterilization system based on Radio Frequency
