Summary:
French tech company specializing in smart grids, behavioral science, bid data and energy efficiency wants to coordinate a project in the Framework of the Horizon 2020 call DS-08 on Cybersecurity Privacy and Data Protection. The objective of the project is to develop a method and tools aiming to trace and ensure GDPR compliance (General Data Protection Regulation), from the software development all the way to the legal assessment in a large organization.
Description:
The objective of the project is to develop a method and tools aiming to trace and ensure GDPR compliance (General Data Protection Regulation), from the software development all the way to the legal assessment in a large organization. These could include open source components for testing anonymization algorithms, leakage of information and closed tools of SecludIT that enforce the required security levels. Those tools will allow to control the level of privacy and to put into practice personal data protection across the engineering and design chain in an organization (along with collecting evidence of this control).

A large company willing to test the developed solution is required.

About the consortium:
The leader is a French tech company, a leading provider of smart grid software, offering innovative online value added services platform for energy utilities. It enables smart metering, smart home, electric car charging, data analytics and other applications for end-users and utility administrators.
The solutions are used by leading French and European electricity and gas distributors.
The French tech company has its headquarters in France (Sophia-Antipolis) and subsidiary in Poland (Gdansk). The company is willing to develop on EU markets and cooperate on joint R-Y-D projects.
There are already 3 partners: 2 R-Y-D SMEs and a technology Institute from Italy, Denmark and France. A partner concerned by the GDPR and able to test and validate the proposed solution is required.
