Un científico polaco ha desarrollado una tecnología de fabricación de amortiguadores elastoméricos con buenas propiedades de absorción. Estos amortiguadores se aplican en la industria, especialmente en la fabricación de máquinas y líneas de producción. Los amortiguadores absorben hasta el 80% de energía en impactos fuertes sin perder sus propiedades físicas ni químicas. Esto es posible gracias al uso de elastómeros de éster termoplásticos en el proceso de producción. Los amortiguadores no reaccionan con aceites y es posible elegir su forma. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos comerciales con asistencia técnica.

Summary:
A scientist from West Poland has developed technology of elastomeric dampers with good suppressing properties.

The shock absorbers are applicable in industry, especially in machines and production line manufacturing. They absorb up to 80% of energy from strong impact without losing their physical and chemical properties. It is possible because of the use of thermoplastic ester elastomers in the production process.

A commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
Description:
A Polish scientist has developed technology of elastomeric shock absorbers that allows for attenuating the mechanical energy.

The offered absorbers are made of thermoplastic ester elastomers. Thanks to that they can engulf over 80% of the impact energy at the pressure of 100 tons. Moreover they are resistant to recurrent impacts and temperatures. The absorbers do not react with oils and there is possibility to choose their shape.

The offer includes synthesis of thermoplastic esters elastomers (with complex physical and chemical properties), processing granular elastomers by injection and extrusion methods (for shock-absorbing elements in specific shapes and weight). The third part of the offered technology is the design of shock-absorbing systems and linking them with produced elastomeric elements.

The shock absorbers deaden mechanical energy deriving from high force impacts. They can be used as vibro-isolators under heavy machinery to reduce the transmission of vibration on the ground and machinery housing and to cut down vibration of the machine working-parts.

The technology is ready for implementation but it requires industrial tests. The installation cost (without buildings) is about 1 million Euros. The installation allows for easy changing of the assortment in the similar series of products. The scientist is ready to supervise the installation commissioning.

The offered technology can be useful in the industry especially in machines and production lines manufacturing. Cooperation in a form of commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
