It is also a leading solution for dashboards, analytics, process automation and activity monitoring. And now, it is possible to leverage the platform to build applications able to connect to sensors, switches and controllers as part of the Internet of Things.

The platform simplifies development by allowing applications to be built as a set of components. Components simplify the product life cycle for applications, allowing new features to be added or maintained as components. This allows multiple teams to collaborate on a single project, where various components can be built or modified by separate teams. It also allows new features to be developed separately and easily added to an existing deployment.
