Description:
This small Bulgarian company is founded in 2015 by experts with years of experience and numerous scientific works in the field of new and renewable sources of energy, energy equipment, green energy, Brown gas and its derivatives, automation and robotization of production etc.
The company have just implemented successfully a project for prototyping of new technology for extraction of energy /Brown´s gas /oxyhydrogen/ and mineral resources from seawater, the "waste" product of which is pure distilled drinking water.
This technology does not have an analogue and represents an absolute world novelty.

Now the company is looking to propose to the market the tested prototype and bring it into serial production and further developed the system by stages, as described bellow.

1-st Stage: Extraction from seawater of polymetallic minerals rich in ferrous, non-ferrous and rare metals.
The product of this stage is suitable for companies in the mining industry. This technology completely replaces and renders meaningless the extraction of minerals from the bottom of the seas and oceans. This stage has been tested and the authors are technologically ready for its production.
The required investments are about 20,000 euro/kW of installed capacity.

2-nd Stage: To the first stage is added the accompanying production of clean drinking water, as the whole installation becomes almost energy self-supplying. This way, it becomes a kind of desalination plant for clean drinking water.The "waste" - drinking water is achieved by two methods: one - classical through turbine-generating group and another - innovative through creating of new type fuel cell working with Brown gas instead of hydrogen.
It is suitable for companies from the extractive industry, which can also offer clean drinking water to water treatment companies for the supply of drinking water. It is also suitable for companies whose business is the supply of drinking water, as a by-product are polymetallic minerals, which can be offered to the mining industry and metallurgy.
This stage includes the units from the first stage, but regeneration units are added to them, with which the installation becomes almost energy self-supplying.
The necessary investment for the realization is about 45,000 euro/ kW of built-in power.

3-rd Stage: It includes the units of the 1st and 2nd stage, with the addition of energy units for destruction of household waste, which generate energy for electricity and heat production.
It is suitable for companies in the energy industry, as in addition to energy, can offer on the market polymetallic minerals and drinking water.
The required investment is about 100,000 euro/kW of energy capacity.

The authors of this technology are looking for a Joint Venture partnership with company ready to invest in testing, co-development and production of the installations, and their further market realization.
The ideal partnership will result in the co-production of the installations of each stage described above, and their initial offering to potential clients on the global market.
The created Joint venture can be assumed as a good start for further rapid development of the innovative technology, considered an absolute novelty at global stage. This global aspect and the large scale of the innovation is the reason that international cooperation is envisaged.
Moreover, the present technology entails other innovative works, waiting to be patented in the near future: e.g. a new technology for compressing to high pressure of Brown´s gas (without compressors and without cryogenic equipment) and a technology for its storage and transport to user.

Advantages and innovation of the technology:
- The produced Brown´s gas is an energy carrier and can be used successfully for regeneration and to reduce dramatically energy consumption.The Brown`s gas gives 4 times more energy during combustion than hydrogen, which means that with one and the same quantity, Brown gas can travel up to 4 times more mileage than hydrogen. Since the energy required for its production is equal to the energy obtained during its combustion and its stable behavior at high pressures, Brown´s gas is an ideal and most perfect accumulator of energy without losses and without internal hysteresis.
- The extracted minerals have a significantly higher concentration than that of natural sediments. For some elements, such as chromium, nickel, etc. it reaches from several hundred to several thousand times higher concentration. For some others such as iron is comparable to some of the polymetallic natural deposits, as well as comparable to the concentration of metals in natural sediments, such as nodules and nodules lying on the seabed up to a depth of over 6000 m.

Production system`s and market advantages:
The installations can be offered on a modular basis and the final power depends on the number of inserted modules. This gives an ideal opportunity for serial production of installations for different needs and requirements with one and the same modules, but different in number and combinations. With the same tooling, the installations can be produced in a wide range of capacities for each of the stages. This possibility, combined with the possibility of automated production, increase significantly the profitability rate of the production system.

Ecological aspects and advantages:
The technology can successfully be used for cleaning highly contaminated tailing ponds, including radioactive contaminants, and to the output there is again energy, minerals rich in poly metals, pure distilled water.

This development is protected with three Utility models - PM 221401U1 PM2338U1, PM3454U1,Patent No 112146 and Reg.¿ 113023/8.11.19. An application is being prepared for 3 more patents, but they will be filed when creating a Joint Venture, so that the partners can also have and receive co-ownership of intellectual products.

Type and Role of Partner Sought:
Appropriate partner is an RnD institute, involved in similar type of work as the field of the proposed technology: green energy, waste water management, energy efficiency, new technologies in the extraction of mineral resources, new means of fuels and energy carriers, geology, etc. This type of partner could be involved in the co-development of the stages 2 and stage 3, as described above; financial investments in bringing the system prototype of stage 1 into serial production.

Another type of an appropriate partner could be a company involved in the mining industry or waste water management or drinking water supply, municipalities and local governments could also be considered partners. Their role would be to finance the production of the system in stage 1 for the purposes of their own needs /extraction of minerals, waste water treatment/. This way, this type of company/ institution would indirectly/ or directly finance the development and prototyping of the second and third stage.

Third type of partnership could be a traditional financial investment from a company or investment fund or angel investor, who can finance partially or entirely the development of the system.

In general, there are two directions of the needed support from the Joint venture partnership:
1. On the upstream: Organizing the production system and developing of the technologies;
2. On the downstream: Market adaptation of the innovation and finding the right market segment to reach the potential demand.
