La empresa ha aprovechado la amplia experiencia de su equipo de gestión para desarrollar un método de ensayo preciso que mide las características de conductividad eléctrica de un cemento o concreto recién mezclado mediante el uso de una sonda de medida diseñada para este fin. Description:
The company which was established in 2012 has drawn on over 30 years experience of its management team to develop this precise testing procedure which works by measuring the electrical conductivity characteristics of a cement or freshly mixed concrete and water solution during the early hydration period using a purposely designed measuring probe.

The instruments and probe are easy to use either on site or in a laboratory and do not require a controlled area. Considering some recent high profile collapses of concrete structures, the company is seeking partners looking for technology to be integrated as a preemptive measure.

With regards to the company´s existing products the cement tester has eight parameters the analysis collates: cement type, density, fineness of cement (Blaine), additive size, additive type, water/cement ratio, curing time, curing temperature.
Multiple tests can be conducted on the same sample by adjusting the input parameters, which is excellent for R -Y- D purposes for new mix designs. The algorithm then calculates ultimate strength of the cement for compressive strength.

The concrete tester has ten parameters for freshly mixed concrete: cement compressive strength, size of coarse aggregate, sand grain module, sand aggregate ratio, slump test result, impact of plasticiser, mineral composition of aggregates, curing temperature, curing time.

Results provide flexibility and a shortened timescale to deliver results which provide technicians an accurate measure of the strength of each batch of cement or freshly mixed concrete with immediate evidence based results being used to either accept or reject batches of cement or fresh mixed concrete.

This speeds up the process whilst minimising costs and time, reducing failure rates and protecting the integrity of concrete structures.

The company is highly innovative and is seeking a partner with similar goals who would be happy to collaborate with them to investigate opportunities and integrate the technology/products into other existing technology or alternatively to develop further products utilising the company´s technology.
