Un centro de I+D ucraniano ha desarrollado cierres magnéticos eficaces y un captador para eliminar desechos ferromagnéticos. Las pruebas de campo se han realizado con éxito en pozos de petróleo y gas con captadores de campo magnético ajustable. El centro de investigación busca socios industriales especializados en manipulación magnética con el fin de establecer acuerdos de fabricación, así como socios académicos interesados en alcanzar acuerdos de investigación para continuar con el desarrollo y promocionar la tecnología.

Summary:
Effective magnetic fasteners and a catcher for removal of ferromagnetic garbage have been developed by a Ukrainian R-Y-D institution. Field tests have been carried out successfully in oil and gas wells, including with catchers with an adjustable magnetic field. The institution is looking for industrial magnetic handling partners for manufacturing agreements and academia for research cooperation to develop the technology further and promote it.
Description:
A few types of magnetic fasteners with adjustable magnetic field are elaborated. At the absence of a magnetic field the fasteners rises to massive ferromagnetic surface and after switching the magnetic field (by turning of parts of magnetic fasteners) the device engages with the ferromagnetic part for further transportation. Manufacturability, ease of use, great lifting efforts (over 1000kg at diameter of magnetic system of 120 mm), less weight and size with the same lifting effort to gravity. Desired types of partnership are manufacturing agreement and research cooperation agreements.
