Una pyme coreana fundada en 2002 ha desarrollado una tecnología de reciclaje de aceites residuales animales y vegetales para obtener productos químicos. La tecnología se utiliza en preprocesamiento de residuos, producción de biodiésel, fabricación de polímeros ecológicos, adhesivos de fusión en caliente, pinturas, etc. Al utilizar residuos, la tecnología tiene un precio competitivo. Los aceites residuales se reciclan mediante tecnología de esterificación y dimerización. Los residuos forman polímeros ecológicos basados en monómeros para polimerización, y posteriormente se transforman en materiales adhesivos, adhesivos de fusión en caliente, etc. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de comercialización con asistencia técnica y licencia.

Description:
A Korean SME established in 2002 has specialized in recycling technology with the resource of circulation technology. The animal and vegetable oil wastes are recycled by using esterifying preprocessing technology and dimerizing technology. They compose eco-friendly polymers based on monomers for polymerization, and then are developed into adhesive material, hot melt adhesive, etc.

On the basis of manufacturing eco-friendly polymers technology, the company has developed: controlling molecular weight technology, mixing technology, and application technology of eco-friendly polymers for coating.

The technology is applicable in fields of oil waste preprocessing, biodiesel production, manufacturing eco-friendly polymers, hot melt adhesive, paint, and polyol ester that replaces petroleum goods. And the used cooking oil recycling company, the biodiesel producing company and the chemistry of fat and oil company seem to have interest in this technology.

Under license agreement, partners should commercialize the product and bring it to market by licensing agreement and commercial agreement with technical assistance.
