Esta tecnología combinada ofrece todos los métodos de purificación en un solo producto: clarificación, absorción, intercambio de iones y desalación del medio inicial, sin equipos ni ciclos tecnológicos adicionales. Resource-saving technological complex for water purification using the upstream and membrane filter elements
Summary:
A small Russian company from Perm developed a compact filter complex for fine purification of liquid media, which combines the technologies of precoat filtration and ultrafiltration membranes. The complex ensures the required treatment quality and reduces the operating costs up to 13 times, in comparison with conventional sand filters. The organization is looking for partners for commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
The technologies of precoat filtration and membrane filter purification of water and other liquids are widely spread in production practice.
The proposed technological complex combines the advantages of upstream and ultra-membrane filtration and presents an advanced combination of upstream cartridge unit with new technologies of purification of fluids.
For removing various pollutions from liquid media, various formulations of upstream filter materials are used, such as: inert, sorbents, ionites.
Using the proposed combined technology of purification of liquids, it is possible to provide all the methods of purification in one complex (in one filter): clarification, sorption, ion exchange and desalination of the initial medium, without additional equipment and/or technological cycles.
Advantages and Innovations:
The novelty of the technology lays in the composition of auxiliary precoat filtration layers and modes for alluviation of layers and for works on purification of liquid media.
The main advantages of the proposed technology for purification of fluids (water, steam condensate, salt solutions and so on) are:
- providing a high quality of purification comparable with the membrane methods (ultrafiltration);
- unlimited equipment life (the first filter has been working successfully since 1997 up to now);
- sharp reduction of the discharges (wash water and concentrate) in comparison with the sand filters in 49 times, and in comparison with the membrane filters - in tens of times;
- reduction in consumption of reagents and other auxiliary materials - because, in most cases, the quality of purification is provided without using coagulants and flocculants, the technology does not require chemical regeneration of filtering elements;
- operating costs, in comparison with the sand filters, are reduced in 13 times.
- a quick switch to the purification of liquid media with different pollutions, due to a simple alluviation of relevant auxiliary materials. In case of sequential alluviation of different materials, one filter can replace entire water treatment plant.

Auxiliary alluvial materials are not toxic and have all the necessary hygiene certificates.
