Un laboratorio de una universidad coreana ofrece experiencia en composiciones aglutinantes para hormigón y ha trabajado en este campo con industrias e institutos de investigación. Los pavimentos de hormigón tienen una gran cantidad de cemento y aumentan la contaminación del suelo, agua y aire debido a la emisión de CO2, gases y sustancias tóxicas. Además estos pavimentos tienen una resistencia baja a los ciclos de hielo y deshielo. El objetivo es utilizar los aglutinantes en pavimentos de hormigón para aumentar su resistencia y reducir la huella de carbono. La universidad busca fabricantes de hormigón con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia y comercialización con asistencia técnica.

Description:
A Korean university has developed binder compositions for concrete, its compositions and structure. The technology specifically provides excellent concrete composed of crystalline pozzolan material.

The concrete is an important construction material which is widely utilized. It is economic and durable. Its development has continued and nowadays, it is a main construction material of public work and architecture. Yet, existing concrete pavement utilizes large amount of cement. It may result soil, water and air pollution according to its eruption of CO2 gas and toxic substances.

Moreover, existing concrete pavement has low resistibility to freeze-thaw. In winter, pot holes and joint deterioration arises in the paved road. Accordingly, the efficiency decrease and maintenance cost of the concrete paved road continuously occur.

The university is looking for innovative companies interested in the exploitation of the know-how and the commercialization of the product via licensing agreement or via commercial agreement with technical assistance.
