Un grupo de científicos polacos ha desarrollado composites de resinas reactivas con mejores propiedades en términos de durabilidad. Esta tecnología consiste en mezclar dos tipos de resinas: epoxi y viniléster. El composite es menos viscoso que las resinas epoxi y, además de su coste inferior, permite reducir la producción de residuos gracias a sus mejores parámetros. La tecnología encuentra aplicación en las industrias de construcción de barcos, automoción y náutica. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia.

The offered technology is based on mixing two types of resins - epoxy with vinylester. The composite is less viscous comparing to the epoxy resins. Apart the lower costs it allows to reduce waste production thanks to its better parameters.

The technology is applicable in shipbuilding, automotive or nautical industries.

Cooperation in a form of license agreement is offered.
Description:
The group of Polish scientists from North-West Poland has developed a composition of reactive resins with interpenetrating polymer networks.

The offered resins composite is made by mixing epoxy resin with vinylester. Thanks to this process the composite is less-viscous and it's easier to form a final product. It also results in a lower waste production.

The composition of reactive resins is particularly useful in saturation of the fibre reinforcement in the form of roving, fabrics or carbon glass,
basalt, aramid and hybrid mats containing a various types of fibres. It allows to obtain composite materials with high mechanical strength parameters.

As the epoxy is more expensive, mixing it with cheaper vinylester resin results in lower price of the final product. What is more, using of the appropriate proportion and curing improve properties of the offered material by increasing its durability.

The scientists are interested in establishing long term cooperation in a form of license agreement.
