Description:
A Southern Spanish SME has developed a novel mobile suite for workforce management.

This technology is a set of 4 mobile applications to manage all staff working outside the office. These sub-apps are related to tracking, order, forms and planning. Information provided by these 4 APPs will help make better decisions for productivity and organisation.

A main panel is available for full management of information coming from all apps installed on smartphones by employees.

1. APP Tracker: Application of tracking and monitoring locations and attitude. GPS, kms, paths, speed, battery...

This application can monitor and follow commercial and / or technical activity. It shows a 360° vision of the behaviour and attitude of staff working outside the office.

This module can automatically records the GPS locations of the team and the routes they have taken. It also lets you know the kilometres travelled, battery charging, power on / off, user downtime, if they made their scheduled calls, who did not answer the phone, SMS among others.

2. APP Forms: An application that automates the process of obtaining data from your company, through all kinds of forms, templates and receipts.

It easily records information from the cell phone, wherever you are. It never fails.

It can get customer´s digital signatures and obtain perfect proof, as well as photographs of the work that has been done.

It sends a personalized PDF report by email with all the information, the user name, a map from where it was sent, the photograph and signature... All personalised with corporate image.

3. APP Planner: An application to manage workforce´s routes effectively. It sends each of the visits to be carried out straight to mobiles, along with the details of the task and a fulfilment form.

It can be known what is pending and what has been done. Besides, check user deviations, and accurate GPS location where the report was made.

4. APP Orders: This module is specially designed and developed for distribution companies or ones that handle product/client catalogues. The user can easily take orders from clients on their cell phone, having the product catalogue and the schedule for pending visits at hand.

Orders are available at the headquarters as soon as they are sent, what´s more you will receive an email with all the order details.

It can be imported the product catalogue from a file (in an electronic format), and assign price lists to each customer.

The Spanish SME is interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance. Final users from any sector are sought for adaptation, implementation, technical support and maintenance of this technology according to their needs.
