Description:
A Swedish SME has developed a rapid UV hardening lacquer varnish system for wooden and plastic floors. The mobile Ultra Violet Light Emitting Diode (UV LED) unit is used to cure wood floor lacquer systems with photo initiators during on-site application. The unit generates less heat than other UV curing technologies, such as Mercury bulbs, which means it can be used for curing of UV lacquer systems on plastic (PVC, Linoleum, etc.) and on sensitive wooden floors.
