Este sistema consiste en un dispositivo compacto y portátil y aplicaciones móviles y web. El dispositivo, por medio de diferentes sensores, recoge información de los parámetros clave de la circulación sanguínea y de la actividad del corazón y permite estimar el estado actual del paciente en dos minutos. Summary:
The Russian company from Perm developed the hardware-software complex intended for the round-the-clock monitoring and diagnostics of central and peripheral haemo dynamics. The complex consists of the compact, wearable device, mobile and web applications. The device by means of different sensors collects information on keyword parameters of blood circulation and action of the heart. The company is interested in the inference of the commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
Now the problem of early diagnostics and prediction of development of cardiovascular diseases very much is particularly acute because cardiovascular diseases mortality is on the first place in a rating of mortality of World Health Organization. The Russian company from Perm is oriented on development of a hardware-software complex for monitoring and diagnostics of central and peripheral haemo dynamics. The complex will allow to estimate the user´s condition, in time to react in case of origin of a critical situation, will help the doctor to pick up the most effective and safe treatment for the patient. Analogs of the developed device are stationary monitors for chambers of intensive therapy and reanimation which trace all indices of warm activities, and also Holter monitors which remove the electrocardiogram within a day. Primary benefit of the developed device before analogs is that: 1. This medical device can be used not only in the conditions of a hospital, but also in house conditions. It is useful from that point of view that some anomalies of cardiovascular system are shown only at night time, for example, heart rate disturbances. 2. Besides, data of results of surveys are stored in uniform network storage and are available from any patient or the doctor device (the PC, pads, smartphones) that removes need of frequentation of the doctor. 3. The instrument operating time on one charge till 36 o´clock that is significantly higher, than at Holter. 4. The device accumulates data on the patient´s states that allows evaluating dynamics and quality of influence of medical therapy to the patient. 5. On the basis of data retrieved about the patient´s states the device predicts deterioration or improving of a state of the patient. 6. In case of origin of critical condition, the device notifies on it relatives and station of ambulance for the fastest delivery of health care. 7. The device is compact and convenient for round-the-clock socks on a hand (on a shoulder). 8. The device works at the adapted mathematical apparatus that allows estimating a current status of the patient in 2 minutes.
The commercial agreement with technical assistance is needed. The foreign partner is required for production on its squares the devices and help to commercialize it all over the world. The Russian SME will provide the technical assistance. All additional information will be discussed after the first contact.
Advantages and Innovations:
The innovative aspect is that this device partially replaces additional medical researches (for example, ultrasonic doppler sonography, Holter monitoring and other), this device allows to watch over health of heart and tanks till 36 o´clock on one charge, all data of surveys are stored in a cloud and are available from any device.
