El proceso de reformado de gasolina y diésel se realiza entre 600º C y 650º C, por debajo de la temperatura de los procesos de reformado actuales. La eficiencia del proceso supera el 95%. El prototipo está disponible para demostración.

The reforming of HC fuels and alcohols is with high efficiency, greater than 95% at relatively lower temperature than the competitive products for feeding fuel cells (FC).

Bulgarian company for innovative catalytic technologies in the field of fuel efficiency and for generating hydrogen on demand, without need of H2 storage is looking for a commercial partners or trade representatives abroad.
The company has 2 patented systems for fueling FC and ICE with hydrogen fuel:
· Multi fuel hydrogen generator for fueling internal combustion engine (ICE) with H2 rich reformate (H2GS - ICE).
· Hydrogen generator and purifier (H2GS-FC) for fueling fuel cells (FC) with 99.9995% H2 purity. The fuel could be natural gas, methanol or ethanol. Hydrogen loss during the purification stage is less than 1%.
· The process of reforming is multi fuel, H2 is generated from natural gas, gasoline, diesel, methanol or ethanol. The efficiency of the process is higher than 95%.
Advantages and Innovations:
The Company´s reforming catalysts have the following unique advantages and innovative solutions:
· The reforming of HC fuels and alcohols is with high efficiency, greater than 95%;
· The catalyst has very good shift activity and as a result additional hydrogen, of up to 10% is generated from the steam. This is an exceptional advantage for the fuel economy.
· The reforming of gasoline and diesel occurs between 600 C and 650 C, well below the operational temperature of current reforming processes.
· The reforming of methanol and ethanol to hydrogen is complete, 100%, at 300C.
The difference between company´s catalysts for abatement of exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines (ICE), motorcars, trucks and buses are their low working temperature and competitive price.
