The German SME, founded in 2014, is an innovative and holistic platform provider of SaaS solutions for the reliable and efficient digitisation of the hotel industry with more than 250 hotel references in 6 countries. The SME with its young and motivated team consists of developers, entrepreneurs and implementers. It is a research spin-off originating from energy system technology.

The SME aims to facilitate communication between hoteliers and guests. It helps hoteliers generate new revenues, reduce costs and protect the environment at the same time. The focus lies on easy use and an uncomplicated integration of the software solutions in existing structures. This results in an optimisation of operating and communication processes in the hotel. The aim is to simplify the daily work of hoteliers and to give them time to focus on the essentials - their guests.

The company offers the following applications:
· A smart room control system controls heating and cooling in the hotel room, completely automated and staff-independent thanks to the connection to a hotel´s Property Management Software. lt is specifically designed for hotel application. This room occupancy dependent control reduces heating and cooling costs by up to 31 percent. An easy and inexpensive installation without any constructional measures allows for a quick and simple use of the system in the whole building.

· A monitoring tool digitally measures, analyses and visualises energy consumption in hotels. Thus, energy guzzlers in the hotel are identified and eliminated.

· A smart in-room guest directory is a digital communication channel to hotel guests, functions as a sales manager and travel guide. Guests will get a chance to experience a new dimension of infotainment and to improve the hotel´s processes. The Tab helps to reduce the operating costs and generates additional revenues for hotels as well as increases guests´ satisfaction and informs them about the hotel, destinations and its surroundings.

· A smart info display for the lobby, an interactive lobby screen acts as a digital concierge working around the clock.

· An innovative hotel App with the hotel offers reaches the guests always and everywhere on their smartphone.

The SME is interested in a license agreement or a commercial agreement with technical assistance for the following kinds of partners: 1. IT system integrators, 2. Hotel property management software (PMS) providers, 3. Energy consultant, Energy service companies (ESCO), or facility management operating in hotel industries or other public buildings, 4. Tourism organisation and
marketing agency specialised in hotel industries.

The SME will support their partners by offering a Hotline for any technical problems/questions. It will organise trainings to assist them in introducing its products and services.

Hotel management software (PMS) providers: With respect to their customers network and expertise in hotel industries, they would introduce the SME´s products as value-added products/services to their customer network. They can earn the license fee for each system interface from hotel customers and commission of 10% from products´ license fees.

3. Energy consultant, Energy service companies (ESCO) or facility management operating in hotel industries or other public buildings They could easily use the technologies provided for their customers or facilities with the aim of increasing energy efficiency. These companies could either use a system integrator or make the solution themselves.

4. Tourism organisation and marketing agency specialised in hotel industries. With respect to their hotel-oriented content information mostly used for the pre-journey phase to attract the customers, they would combine them with the SME´s products to provide dynamic services during and after the customer journey.
This would be a value-added service to their customers network. The SME provides a commission rate of 10% for brokers as well as advertisement fees from other partners.
