El dispositivo puede emplearse para medir el espesor de revestimientos diamagnéticos y materiales paramagnéticos en el sustrato ferromagnético. También se utiliza como un sensor de proximidad para detectar defectos internos y externos en el material ferromagnético, como burbujas, inclusiones o grietas. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de cooperación técnica, licencia o comercialización con asistencia técnica.

Description:
The company from east Poland active in the field of instruments and appliances for measuring, testing and navigation developed a magnetic device for the measurement of distance and displacement of the ferromagnetic (is the basic mechanism by which iron form permanent magnets, or is attracted to magnets) substrate.
The device can be used to measure coating thickness and materials on the ferromagnetic substrate, including layer paint and lacquer, electroplated coating, foils, paper, textiles, laminates, gums, coatings. The device can measure the ferromagnetic surface strain under the stress or to measure deflection. The device can also be used as a proximity sensor or a flaw detector for the detection of internal and external defects in the ferromagnetic material, e.g. bubbles, inclusions, cracks.

The device has a very simple design and allows for obtaining accurate measurement results less than one micron. Usage of the carrier element made of the coefficient, thermal expansion material which is having less than 12x10-6 m / mK fitted in the magnet ring and the sensor sensitive to the magnetic field, can obtain high temperature stability.

The casing is made of the ferromagnetic material, enables to measure tested materials on the edges and serves as the magnetic shield, and thus obtains a high resistance to external noise.

The advantage of the magnetic device is its versatility and accuracy which consists in making in a very simple way a series of measurements such as the distance and displacement of the tested materials of the ferromagnetic substrate: the thickness of the coating (all kinds) of diamagnetic material ferromagnetic and ferromagnetic substrate deformation.
