Summary:
A company from Latvia is offering a novel electrical device for electricity consumption monitoring. The device can register and record data of electricity consumption and transfers information through WiFi and Internet to a web platform where it is possible to follow and monitor the data. The company is looking for technical, commercial and manufacturing agreement with other companies from various industries.
Description:
The device consists of 4 sensors that receives and records data on electricity consumption. Using a WiFi network and the Internet, the data is transferred to the site of WEB platform. The information on electricity consumption is shown in a graphical form. The current electricity consumption is visible, as well as detailed history of electricity consumption for last 5 weeks.
User can see the information on smart phone, tablet, or computer using WiFi internet connection. There are no additional operating costs.
The device records information of:
- electricity "thieves" (left "on" (working) electrical appliances, lighting, etc.);
- inefficient operating equipment (water pumps, compressors, freezers, heaters, etc.);
- damaged or overused electrical appliances;
- unauthorized electricity consumption;
- leaks on engineering network (leaking water supply, compressed air system, etc.);
- timing on switched on/off electrical appliances, lighting.
Advantages and Innovations:
The device is based on innovative, high-performance 32-bit controller with WiFi communication module. Controller transfers the recieved information from sensors to application servers through WiFi network and Internet. User can access the server using unique MID code, that can be found on the device. The application is free of charge.
