Description:
A South Korea university has developed apparatus to collect and transmit accident information of vehicles. This technology includes methods to overcome existing problems in the process of collecting information after vehicles get in accidents.

The technology describes an automated accident reconstruction system connected to an automotive communication terminal.
The system works as below.
1. Receives information about each vehicle travelling on the road by time and location,
2. Identify if accident has occurred based on information received from the vehicles,
3. Request for more information from each vehicle in the vicinity should an accident had occurred, and
4. Receive videos from vehicles relevant to the accident with password

The investigator would use a password and recover videos and save it with information received.
