Russian company was created in 1996 and engeged in medical research in the field of rehabilitation.
At the medical rehabilitation market there are medical kinesitherapeutical training devices for repair of separate human functions that were lost due to structural and physical brain and central nervous system damages.
But the already known technical solutions do not allow repairing of structure and functions of damaged brain. This can be achieved by the means of creating an optimal (at the verge of tolerance) level of strain of functional systems and bioelectric stimulation of neuroplasticity processes (the essence of the discovery made by the doctor and director of the Russian center).
The concept of "neurophysiologic robotic mechano-therapeutic training devices" gives results via training of maximum activation of cortical, subcortical, and spinal motor centers that provide stimulation of reparative-plasticity processes. Effectiveness of the developed rehabilitation technology is over 80% by the means of elimination of structure-and-functional defects of nervous system.
The innovative project developed by the Russian company for joint realization is at the stage of a concept. The company is one of few private medical enterprises that provide rehabilitation services to very young patients with permanent motor and intellectual disabilities. The company has been active in the Russian market of rehabilitation services for 19 years.
For worldwide distribution of the new method there is needed use of specially developed equipment. This equipment has to take into account all patient safety requirements, because physical load is used regardless of a patient´s physical abilities in "passive" state and can be characterized as outer "burdening" load.
The developed product has to include:
- a mechanism of longtime isometric static loading;
- a system of evaluation of adaptation capabilities and level of individual tolerance;
- a device for continuous objective evaluation of patient´s pain reaction;
- soft -Y- hardware complex for data storing and output;
- a system of modelling, monitoring, and control of dynamically unstable systems;
- intelligent system for the process control and feedback.
The method increases the effectiveness of treatment, restores structural - functional integrity of the brain and central nervous system, accelerate the process of restoring physical and mental functions of the patient.

The company is looking for partners in scientific sphere for algorithmization of the method for commercial agreement with technical assistance. Russian company provide all information, expertizes and capacities for the project implementation. Russian company will discuss the terms of transfer technology, commercialization technology and other after the first contact with the potential partner.
