Description:
A Bulgarian company, specialized in energy management, has developed an energy-saving eco-house (Active House) built with independent energy units commanded by a local electronic control unit and remote control via Internet, and a new mode for distribution of heat circulation. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, small wind engines and solar panels for hot water, thermal accumulators, improvements in windows, thermal insulation, recovery of rainwater, micro-treatment family wastewater plants, biodiesel co-generator plants to utilize energy from the ground water, a small family complex for production of biodiesel and others. This new model for distribution of heat circulation features proven efficiency in extreme conditions. There is a hybrid solar energy collector for heating the air and water at once. The device can be applied to households that are concerned with energy saving. The special selection of geometric objects and specific design contribute to the comfort and relaxation of the residents.

There is a developed project of the house, together with a small (family) wind-generator - eco-designed, with increased efficiency, and reduced operation noise at lower speeds, the drive air flow components are recycled from used car parts. Electrical switching boards with a capacitor regulating the cos Phi - increased lifetime of the device, reduced operation noise at lower speeds, low production price. Ready for production after testing, can organize production in 6 months.
