The technical offer concerns valuation of waste as secondary raw material (SRM) for the building and civil engineeing works.

For both partners and the French platform, the stake is to contribute to the conservation of the resources, to the reduction of polluting emissions with curative and preventive approaches as well as to the control of environmental risks.

According to the industrial partner scenario of valuation and the characteristics of its waste, the environmental acceptability of the use of secondary raw materials can require various ways of characterization, from simple tries of washing to specific studies with rebuilding of the scenario at experimental scale.

The French platform offer consists in:
· Characterizing the properties of danger: checking the dangerous or non-hazardous status of waste.
· Examining the prefeasibility of valuation of the SRM: characterization of the SRM composition.
