A Polish SME which has been operating since 2011 is a dynamically developing technology-consulting company that offers innovative solutions for environmental protection in particular for bio-elimination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours (including hydrogen sulfide - H2S and ammonia NH3) from exhaust gases generated in the industry during production processes.
VOCs represent one of the most important groups of air pollutants. They are not only precursors of the formation of photochemical oxidation and finally smog, but also are known as carcinogens posing a threat to health, life and the environment.
The company´s operations are based on the search for creative solutions to problems defined within the area of ecology and environmental protection, including biodegradation processes coupled with modern technologies.
The company offers individual turn-key installations with a compact three-phase bed bioreactor using gas bioelimination processes, which guarantees the required reduction of volatile organic compounds, and odors emissions resulting from the production processes.

Volatile Organic Compounds bio-elimination process involves selected microorganisms as utilising factor. By creating the optimum growth conditions for them, processes that naturally occur in the environment are accelerated.

The use of the technology allows to meet emission standards required by law for the protection of the environment. By automation of the process, the company tries to make the installation the least aggravating in all aspects: control, supervision, costs, parameters control and workload. The technology is characterized by a long lifetime, low failure rate and high degree of automation. Advantages and Innovations:
The use of innovative on a European scale technology based on bioelimination processes naturally occurring in the environment, allows to achieve the conversion up to 99%,which allows to meet the requirements of Directive 1999/13 / EC. This technology does not shift the pollution to the other areas of the environment, in contrast to absorption or adsorption.
Key advantages of using the compact trickle bed bioreactor technology for air treatment include its high efficiency of removing VOC´s emitted to the air, low investment and operational cost - the treatment process occurs at a low temperature (30°C) and under atmospheric pressure. Due to low energy consumption, there is no need for catalysts. The process is also characterised by a low failure rate. Everything is automated. The installation also has high environmental effectiveness and is characterised by no secondary pollution generation during the process.
The process results in numerous positive effects: low power consumption, low failure rate of the installation, no need to use catalysts, high level of control process automation and on-line monitoring maintained. Additionally, the technology has the following features: high degree of pollution reduction, high ecological effectiveness, no secondary pollution generated and NOx or CO2 emissions, no explosive hazard.
The company has its own testing laboratory fitted with the highest quality tests and measurement equipment.
