Available on offer are laser nanotechnologies for advanced manufacturing and processing focused on: thin film and nano-machining, super-hydrophobic metal substrate surfaces manufacturing, thin film patterning processing, metallic nano-structures generating, etc.

Description:
The Romanian SME was found as a result of the reorganization of the optoelectronics field in Romania. Its main activities are in the field of research, technological development, innovation in physics, advanced electronics and optoelectronical devices for civil and special applications. The main breakthroughs of their research have been materialized in high technological level products and services.

Special focus will be on nanotechnologies and nano-materials fit for laser deposition of various structures type.
In fact, these are innovative technologies and their outputs are identified to be:
- production of protective (multi)layers for corrosion/wear/friction by laser deposition of alloy nano-powder and/ or nano-lubricant powder;
- generating Si ultra thin film (nano-meters) re-crystallization in photo voltaic elements structure, OLEDs, bacterize, thin metallic layers on ITO glass (by laser radiation), for high rate energy storage and energy conversion;
-smoothing surface roughness (up to less than 100 nm) by polishing with laser radiation;
- hardening metallic surfaces by surface thermal treatment
- production of nano-structures;
- control of thin-¿lm photo voltaic by nano-particle detection or optical tweezers.
There are envisaged some important and visible industry fields, like: energy (green, hydro, thermo) aviation, automotive, electronics etc.

The company wants to extend its services portfolio on international level.

- interaction of laser radiation with nano-powders for deposition, gravity effects, shadow effect of laser radiation, thermal gradients in processed surface and in laser pulse;
- mechanisms of nano-particle adherence to substrate, absorption, diffusion, etc.
- geometric precision of deposited nano-structures;
- heat affected zone and thermal stresses;
- time behavior of deposited nano structures and of their adherence to substrate;
- mathematical model associated to some deposition process parameters;
- characteristics of multi layered nano-structures;
- experiments design in nano-structures deposition process, data acquisition, statistical analysis and interpretation of results;
- elaborate of quality procedures, tests and trials for industrial application.
