Summary:
A Romanian company has developed an innovative product based on in-house technology developed consisting in production of decorative panels for construction (walls finishing). They are looking for partners which are interested in certification for producing of these products in their country, using this technology, based on manufacturing agreements or commercial agreements.
Description:
The innovative panels have been designed to meet today´s finishing needs. Are made from GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete which is a mixture of Portland cement, multiple types of aggregates, acrylic polymers, superplasticizers, water and various zirconium fiberglass reinforcements).

This composition is mixed at a speed of over 1200 revolutions per minute, then poured into silicone molds specially designed to obtain the desired shape. The panels thus obtained will be painted with various types of paint, over which a protective layer will be given. Thus, these panels can be assembled throughout the year (no matter the season), do not require special maintenance, the installation does not require specialized professional training, the mounting time is fast, are lightweight (20 kg/m²), waterproofing, thermo-reflective.

The panel dimensions are:
· Brick panel 1140 mm x 690 mm x 25 mm
· Sandstone panel 1115 mm x 755 mm x 25 mm
· Slate panel 1155 mm x 762 mm x 27 mm
· River Stone panel 1130 mm x 775 mm x 27 mm

Field of use: Panels are mounted directly on the wall or over systems facade insulation (polystyrene, rock wool, mineral wool, wool, etc.), thus giving the walls an insulation efficiency, high resistance to fire, rodents, weather, keeping the features in time. It is suitable for decorating the exterior, interior and ceiling walls of new or existing civil, social, cultural, commercial or industrial buildings. These panels help builders and designers with ease of fitting and exceptional qualities.

The fastening system for interior walls includes the following operations:
1) Place the panel face up and cut it with your flex or electric saw (cutting at 45 ° angle)
2) Draw the installation line on the wall
3) Application of adhesive on the back of the panel (thickness 1-2 mm)
4) Fixing the panel according to the installation line
5) Align and hold the next panel
6) Install on the wall starting with the side cut off the edge of the wall and leave a 2 mm expansion joint to fill with the grout color

The fastening system for external walls includes the following operations:
1) Place the panel face up and cut it with your flex or electric saw (cutting at 45 ° angle)
2) Place the panel on the wall, drill the hole through the panel to the wall and fix the dowel (5 dowels / panel)
3) Align and fasten the next panel
4) Be mounted on the wall starting with the side cut off the edge of the wall and leave a 3 mm expansion joint to fill with the grout color
5) Cover the joint with the joint with the screws

Note: When the wall is uneven, it is recommended to attach the panels to metal profiles (the distance between the profiles will be 45 mm)
