Gracias a la aplicación de procesos de cavitación, el dispositivo ha demostrado ser muy eficiente en comparación con las alternativas disponibles en el mercado (geotérmicos, gaseosos o eléctricos). Durante el proceso de cavitación se destruyen todos los microorganismos nocivos y se desinfecta el agua. Las estructuras coloidales de microelementos y sales disueltas se descomponen y condensan en micropartículas que no se adhieren a las paredes de los sistemas de abastecimiento de agua, y pueden recogerse fácilmente con filtros básicos. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de cooperación técnica, licencia y comercialización con asistencia técnica.

Description:
There are number of ways to transfer the electric energy into heat. The main issue in this process is the efficiency. Conventional methods are able to achieve the following levels of efficiency that are measured by the COP. The coefficient of performance or COP (sometimes CP) of a device is a ratio of heating or cooling provided to electrical energy consumed.
- Direct electric heating, COP - 1
- A geothermal heat pump, COP 1-5 (varies based on the operating temperatures)
- Air source heat pumps, COP 1-5 (varies based on the operating temperatures)
Offered technology and the device is able to achieve the COP of 5 and this ratio doesn´t depend on the operating temperatures. Additionally to the stable efficiency another unique feature of the offered device is related to operational performance. During the cavitation process all harmful microorganisms are destroyed (the temperature of a cavitation bubble is +1,5000C), the water is disinfected. Also, colloidal structures of microelements and dissolved salts are disrupted and condensed into micro-particles that do not adhere to the walls of water supply systems and can easily be collected with the help of basic grid filters.


Hydro-mechanical heat generator can be used to heat various liquids due to its unique characteristics; oil or antifreeze can be used as heat carriers. The device developed has the following characteristics:
· Hydromechanical bladeless unit initiates and maintains cavitation processes.
· Liquid within the device moves in a laminar flow, which, contrary to a turbulent flow, does not have an eroding effect on the mechanical node constructions.
· Due to a vertical rotor there is minimal lateral load, thus bearings have a longer service life.
· Device construction is simple (a working unit consists of 7 main technical elements), therefore the production cost is low; it is reliable and durable.
· Device geometry enables the production of the Hydromechanical frame from cold-formed stainless steel.
· The cavitation zone called cavern is formed in the center of the rotating liquid flow within the device; therefore, cavitation bubbles do not have a direct impact on the interior frame surfaces and do not have any eroding effect on the unit construction.

- High coefficient of performance. COP>=5,
- Coefficient of performance doesn´t depend on the temperature of the environment,
- Disinfection of the operational liquids due to cavitation processes where all harmful microorganisms are destroyed (the temperature of a cavitation bubble is +15000 C),
- Enables disruption and filtration of colloidal structures of microelements and dissolved salts in the operational liquids,
- High reliability due to simple construction (only 7 main components).
