Una pyme italiana ha desarrollado un generador eléctrico seguro y fácil de instalar para producir electricidad convirtiendo la energía cinética presente en cualquier portador gaseoso comprimido (aire comprimido, vapor, gases técnicos, etc.) a baja presión. Este generador es capaz de recuperar energía de cualquier vector gaseoso a temperaturas y presiones típicas de estados "energéticamente agotados" desechados en procesos industriales normales. Desde el punto de vista estructural, se trata de un equipo volumétrico alternativo con tecnología libre de pistones. El generador tiene función automática de arranque y detención y se activa según los requisitos energéticos. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de investigación, comercialización y licencia.

An Italian SME has developed an innovative electric power generator, reliable and easy to install, able to produce electricity by converting the kinetic energy present in any compressed gaseous carrier (compressed air, steam, technical gases, such us: nitrogen) already at low pressure. It is able to recover energy from any gaseous vector. It uses gaseous vectors with temperatures and pressures such as to define them "energetically exhausted" and commonly discarded by normal industrial and civil processes (for example: steam at 0.5 bar, or compressed air at 0.8 bar), the overall electrical efficiency of the system is similar to that of normal electromechanical machines.
From the structural point of view it is an alternative volumetric machine with free-piston technology.
The innovative electric power generator has an automatic start -Y- stop function, activated according to the actual energy requirements (to avoid the useless consumption of the gaseous carrier). In fact, the system is enabled to work H24 automatically.
The SME is looking for the following cooperation types:
commercial agreement with technical assistance in the any industrial sector, also automotive. Especially, companies that produce endothermic engines. Any company interested in integrating the innovative generator for energy saving purposes, i.e. metals heat treatment, forgings shops companies, etc.
License agreement in application of the innovative generator able to improve the lost energy recover from industrial heavy processes.
Research cooperation agreement, in all sectors, with universities and research institutions that intend to present collaborative research projects that can benefit from the innovative generator.

The thermal and pneumatic resources are frequently dispersed in the environment before their fullest exploitation. The innovative power generator It is able to recover energy from any gaseous vector. It uses gaseous vectors with temperatures and pressures commonly discarded by normal industrial and civil processes (for example: steam at 0.5 bar, or compressed air at 0.8 bar), the overall electrical efficiency of the system is similar to that of normal electromechanical machines.
The innovative generator requires a simple and economical installations, typical of low pressure pneumatic supply lines, with the following practical advantages:
