By using plastic sheeting and tie creates a mold for pouring concrete, which then serves as insulation and mounting base system construction. The technology enables reduction cost of construction while raising quality of the buildings. Looking for a partner to sign financial, joint venture or manufacturing agreement.
Description:
Construction energy efficient technologies represent simple, quick and economic technical solution based on constant insulation formwork which are exercised on the construction reinforced-concrete structure of walls of miscellaneous forms and thickness, ceilings, slabs and roofs (both straight and those in the incline), with significantly high values of thermal and sound insulation.

Advantages of this technology in relation to conventional methods are substantial. It is manifested through all building stages of reinforced concrete structures. Three to four structural engineers can set up around 150 m² of wall. With one move, a number of work operations can be carried out, which contributes to speed and time of construction. The technology is dimensioned in order to simplify the work of design engineers, performers and investors. The modular coordination has been carried out in order to enable simple construction of installation network and efficient construction of finishing works in the interior and the exterior on the system of dry construction. The technology enables considerable savings during the construction and use of the building. It can be used in the construction of industrial, residential-business, family and suite buildings and in doing so it can set high construction standards.

Current and potential domain of application:
Construction of walls of miscellaneous forms and thickness, ceilings, slabs and roofs (both straight and those in the incline). Suitable for construction of industrial, residential-business, family and suite buildings.

The company is looking for a partner to continue the development and to sign financial agreement. Also looking for a strategic partner from construction sector who is able to implement their innovative technology and has capacity to manufacture the building elements made of plastic and styropor. They are willing to sign joint venture of manufacture agreement.
Advantages and Innovations:
The technology includes the elements of insulation panelling of high bearing capacity for walls and ceilings, made of expanded polystyrene (the EPS - the polystyrene) densities 30 kg / the m³ or Neopor (which consist of graphitic particles which reflect the thermal radiation like the mirror, which reduces thermal losses and considerably increases the insulation capacity) and Polypropylene variable "ties" and links (supporters) of technologies panelling.

All technology elements are not harmful for health and environment, and create a pleasant micro-climatically mood of residence during summer or winter.

The technology enables a fast training of employees for quality doing of complex structural requests. All elements of technology are employee-adjusted and don´t allow the possibility of mistake during work.

Works on the installation of technology panelling do not produce any noise.
For performing job assignments safely and on a quality level a small number of accessories and tools is required. The technology contributes to a better security during work. The possibility of serious bodily injuries, which happen because of the reduced concentration of employee, fatigue and the heavy manual labour, has been reduced.

In addition, the technology increases the speed of construction and enables considerable savings during the construction and use of the building. Compared to traditional methods of construction these technologies ensure up to 40% saving.

Fringe benefit is the cleanness of the construction site. The whole scrap can be recycled and reused in the production of technology elements.
