The main advantage of technology is to minimize the energy costs; decrease the biological and chemical indicators of toxic emissions. A technology can be used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry etc.

Description:
Ukrainian company was founded in 2006 in the city of Cherkassy, Ukraine. The main fields of activity are create innovations on resource - and energy-saving technologies. Within the new technology for the intensification of the process of fuel combustion it is proposed to use the electronic-catalytic processes of preparing the fuel-air mixture and processing of fuel and air by barrier or gas discharge for combusting the fuel. The additional formation of hydrogen radicals, oxygen and carbon reduces energy costs for endothermic processes, which occur in the pre-ignition period. Thermal activation of the fuel-air mixture partially replaced by electron - catalysis. There is formed a high concentration of oxygen radicals. Such as hydroxyl, superoxide molecules of water, which is converted into a fuel (hydrogen AN) and oxidant (¿¿. radicals and ¿¿.2). The decrease of the energy activation in the discharge zone leads to minimizing energy costs thereof before combustion. Low energy costs of low-temperature plasma discharge (barrier or gas) may be due to the use monofrequency and resonant oscillations of waves. Into the system is supplied power which does not exceed 5% of the total energy effect. The offer was presented earlier in the two patents of Ukraine, ten foreign patents and patent applications; in 50 articles of Ukrainian journals and conference proceedings.
Is needed pilot tests on boilers for high power (at least 1 MW). These tests are necessary to obtain results on stable operation of materials of electrode, which is designed by the authors of designs. For each type of boiler and burner design there is a need to adapt the electrical fuses on site. The electron-catalytic reactor made from high temperature ceramics. During the long-term tests in an industrial environment necessary to optimize the operation of the equipment in the discharge zone at high temperature.
The implementation of technology in an industrial environment is carried out without any structural changes in the boiler; repair or replacement of electronic catalytic equipment achieved without stopping the boiler.

Advantages and Innovations:
The main advantage of technology of using the low-temperature plasma of barrier discharge is to minimize the energy costs compared with previously applicable technologies with high-temperature plasma; decrease the biological and chemical indicators of toxic emissions by 70-75%.
also the technology has the following advantages:
1. Decrease content: carbon monoxide (II) in the flue gas to 60-80%, the nitrogen oxides of up to 40% aldehydes and benzo[a]pyrene to 40-55%, and 60% soot. Due to the fact it is possible to operate at lower excess air ratio to 1,17-1,19; the volume of flue gas is reduced by 5-15%.
2. Reduction of fuel consumption without significant changes of technology of combustion and preservation (or increase) the performance of boilers.
3. Reduce the cost of production (electricity and heat).
4. The intensification of burning natural gas (10-12% save).
Intensification of burning solid fuel (saving 12-15%).
5. The degree of increasing of burnup is average -17.45%.
