Description:
The university was established in 1958. It specializes in educational services, scientific research and development in natural and technical sciences, the activities in the field of architecture, engineering and technical design; prospecting and geophysical operations, geodetic and cartographic activities, activities in the field of standardization and metrology activities in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields. The university has signed cooperation agreements with more than 16 leading universities of foreign countries, including Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Cuba, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, USA and Australia.
There is a problem in restoration and finishing of buildings and structures and the ways of its solution - the use of calcareous composition, including dry building mixes. Significant market share are dry building mixes of foreign companies.
Currently fillers - synthetic calcium silicate (wollastonite), amorphous and crystalline hydrated calcium (xonotlite) can be produced from industrial phosphogypsum using the technology of low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis, which is carried out at a temperature less than 100ºC. Drying and crystallization of the obtained product is carried out at a temperature of 1150ºC. The disadvantages of this method of producing wollastonite are a high energy, multi-stage production, a small yield of the product, the use of toxic mineralizers.
Russian Institute from Penza has developed a new technology for restoration of buildings and structures - the filler based on calcium silicate. The offered filler is made on technology of providing a temperature not exceeding 100 ° C. The main aspect in the use of the filler is characterized by a significant level of increase of operational properties of products, accelerating the process of hardening of mortars and concretes.
The company is looking for partners willing to purchase and develope the engineering and technical documentation for the production of filler for partner needs.The specialists of the Russian company can vizit the partner with the aim to support in establishing the production of filler and jointly test the material and its properties. Also the Russian company can participate jointly with the foreing partner in further R-Y-D of the filler with the aim to find out the new features.
Advantages and Innovations:
The principal difference of the considered technology of obtaining of filler based on calcium silicate is that the main process raw material - liquid glass, not subsurface rock - wollastonite.
The use of the proposed filler improves the performance properties of products, accelerates the process of hardening of mortars and concretes by the following technical characteristics: density is 2500 kg/m3, temperature of dehydration - > 600 °C, pure white colour, Mohs´ hardness - 4-5,5, bulk density 0.7-0.9 kg/m3, dispersive capacity 5-10 -Y-micro;m, the activity of interaction with lime - 370 mg/g.
The cost of dry building mixes with the application of the filler is lower by 30-40% due the production know-how.
