Una empresa polaca especializada en diseño y fabricación de equipos de corte ha desarrollado, patentado y lanzado al mercado un mecanismo avanzado basado en servoaccionamientos con control digital y transmisiones precisas. Este mecanismo permite el biselado preciso de chapas metálicas en un solo proceso. También es un solución perfecta para cortar tubos. Con el fin de reducir el riesgo de error, el software está equipado con un editor especial y visualización 3D para que el usuario pueda comprobar los resultados de sus modificaciones continuamente. El módulo de simulación 3D integrado permite previsualizar el proceso de corte en el monitor. La empresa busca un socio para implementar la tecnología y establecer acuerdos de fabricación o comercialización.

A Polish company active in production and design of cutting machines developed, patented and introduced advanced mechanism based on digitally controlled servo-drives and precise transmissions. With a low tolerance of clearance this allows for very precise beveling of metal sheets during one process. The company is looking for partners from industry sector. The task to be performed by the partner sought is implement the technology within manufacturing of commercial agreement.
Description:
The standard laser cutting is not an efficient method to produce one type of profile, such as only square tubes. This technology can replace the traditional machines which use not an efficient method for producing one profile and don´t provide potential savings from reduced labor. The precise chamfering of metal sheets and possibility of cutting out any curve are only one of use for mechanism. It is also an ideal solution for pipes cutting. In order to fulfill the complete range of requirements the mechanism uses head 3D. The head 3D ensures high precision of the measurement of the distance from the material and fast change of the cutting angle, thanks to precise CNC controlling and guaranteed accuracy of positioning of the torch is 0,1mm. The software automatically chooses the suitable kind of preparation for welding giving suitable chamfers and applies it on whole cutting edge. For minimising the risk of mistake the software is equipped with a special editor and window of 3D visualization where user can continuously check effects of his modifications. Built-in 3D simulation module allows to preview the cut process on screen of monitor.
Advantages and Innovations:
The main advantage of this system is mechanically assured steady point of torch, in contrast to different technical solutions on market for which the point has to be constantly controlled and corrected by software. This mechanical precision makes possible accuracy of positioning to 0,1 mm.
