El stand de medición y evaluación puede emplearse en ingeniería y en todas aquellas áreas en las que se necesita conocer el movimiento espacial. La tecnología incluye un software que almacena y mide los datos y muestra el movimiento del objeto medido en valores numéricos, temporales y gráficos. Se buscan socios industriales y comerciales para fabricar el stand de medición. El objetivo es establecer acuerdos de licencia o fabricación.

Summary:
Czech university developed technology based on 2D laser sensors that allows measurements and real-time evaluation of spatial movement of rigid structural units. The measurement and evaluation stand can be used in engineering industry, and wherever it is necessary to know the spatial movement. The university is looking for industrial and business partners who would be able to produce the measuring stand. Cooperation offered is based on license and/or manufacturing cooperation agreement.
Description:
The measurement and evaluation stand developed by the Czech university is based on 2D laser sensors. It allows measurements and real-time evaluation of spatial movement of rigid structural units. The measuring stand includes software that stores the measured data and displays the movement of the measured object in numerical, time as well as graphic values. This stand can be used in the engineering industry, in the R-Y-D, and wherever it is necessary to know the spatial movement of the investigated element for purposes of further structural, technological or material modifications of the products.
The measurement and evaluation stand consists of two main parts, hardware and software. The first part utilizes two 2D laser distance sensors placed in a specific angle and distance toward an auxiliary measurement jig which is attached by magnets to the examined object. A proper placement of laser distance sensors is secured by a supporting arm with fixed positions of these sensors, height- adjustable on the stand. This ensures that the installation and measurement start takes place in a short time. This hardware part also includes wiring for powering sensors and data collection from to a PC.
The second part of the stand is composed of measurement software and evaluation software.
The measurement software displays information about the connection of laser sensors, allowing precise adjustment of the mode of their operation or filtration and smoothing of profile data for each image. It further contains a function for controlling and setting the record of measured data to a file, including the control of the program run with information about the iterative processing of individual images from measurement.
The evaluation software is designed to analyze and display spatial movement of the body based on data collected and stored via the measurement software. With this program, the user can directly view the basic data and individual images from measurement, or perform a complete analysis of the movement of the measured body in 2D and 3D visualization.
Both types of software are designed for easy operation and fast recovery of data, their evaluation and processing into numerical values as well as graphical representation of the measurement of spatial movement of rigid structural units.
Cooperation is possible based on license and/or manufacturing cooperation agreement.
