Una empresa armenia ha desarrollado una tecnología de síntesis de materiales metálicos amorfos de tamaño nanométrico (no aleaciones) y sus compuestos derivados. En el proceso de desarrollo, se utiliza energía de equilibrio térmico en vez de otros tipos de energía (como energía cuántica de reactivos) para iniciar la interacción. Los materiales sintetizados pueden emplearse en tres sectores principales: nanoelectrónica, matrices metálicas y poliméricas de nanocomposite y detectores de temperatura, humedad y otros parámetros. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de joint venture, licencia y comercialización.

The company is looking for joint venture, as well as licensing and/or commercial agreement.
Description:
An Armenian scientific production company has developed a technology for extracting amorphous metallic materials and their derivative combinations. In the process of development, thermal equilibrium energy is used instead of other types of energy (for example quantum energy of reagents) for initiation of interaction. The technology is based on the interaction of non-equilibrium particles (without thermal energy). Without the appropriate thermal energy, the prepared materials cannot crystallize and stay amorphous. For example, different oxides of metals, which are recovered by excited hydrogen can be used as raw material. By using this technology, 2-4 nano meter size metals can be obtained, particularly molybdenum, tungsten, iron, nickel, etc., as well as their derivative compounds, for example oxides, sulfides, etc. The synthesized materials may be used in 3 main sectors:
i/ in Nano electronics,
ii/ in Nano composite polymeric and metallic matrix, as well as
iii/ as detector of temperature, humidity and other parameters.
In contrast to similar materials (for example crystalline), all amorph materials, including Nano size materials, have additional internal energy (equivalent to its specific heat of melting), which appears for example in catalysis and during the chemical processes.
The company is looking for joint venture agreement for developing new entity either in Armenia or in the country of partner. The company also is looking for license agreement as wants to sell the license of the technology to other companies. Finally, the company is looking for commercial agreement in order to sell the amorphous nano size metallic materials and their derivative compositions to interested companies.
Advantages and Innovations:
The technology is entirely innovative beginning from the phase of extracting the non-equilibrium molecules to their application. In contrast to similar materials (crystalline), all the amorphous materials, including Nano size, have additional internal energy (which is equivalent to its specific heat of melting), which appears for example in catalysis and during the chemical processes. The extracted amorphous materials are Nano size 2-4 nanometer.
