Una empresa ucraniana ha desarrollado y fabricado dispositivos de cavitación que permiten procesar productos residuales de refinerías y obtener asfalto y emulsiones de combustible. Los equipos operan en Ucrania y Rusia en las condiciones más complejas y con los combustibles más viscosos y de baja calidad. Estos equipos son los más avanzados de su clase, son fáciles de instalar y compatibles, sin necesidad de hacer modificaciones en calderas, hornos, motores ni depósitos. Otras ventajas son la reducción del consumo de energía de 80 kW a 21,5 kW, el funcionamiento y mantenimiento (el coste de sustitución del dispositivo operativo es de 8.000.000 euros en vez de 45.000.000 euros), la versatilidad o la productividad de 17,5 toneladas/hora en vez de 7 toneladas/hora. La empresa busca plantas/refinerías en la Unión Europea para ofrecerles equipos a medida. La cooperación se establecerá en el marco de un acuerdo de fabricación.

Description:
A Ukrainian company since 2000 has been developing technology and producing innovative cavitation unit to produce bitumen
emulsions. Equipment already operates in the most difficult conditions with the most viscous and low-quality fuels in Ukraine and Russia.
Company´s equipment is the most advanced in its class. It is easy to install and compatible without any alterations with boilers, furnaces, engines, tanks.
At modern enterprises, the so-called colloidal mill is used - it is a very expensive and energy-consuming device that is part of the equipment for the production of bituminous emulsions.
Colloid mill is a rotating working body of equipment, the principle of which is as follows:
Inside the colloid mill there is a statistical perforated disk on the other side of which there are the same rotating discs. Between them there must be a permanently installed gap and from two opposite sides of the colloid mill on the rotating discs are fed two liquids that should be mixed. For example, in the production of bitumen emulsion it is bitumen and a blend. The depletion of colloidal mills takes place up to 5000 tons per finished product. That is, after production of such quantity of products it is necessary to change it, and it costs about 45000 Euro.
The working body of the innovative cavitation mixer proposed by the company is a static working body in the form of a pipe in which a statistical dispersing grating is placed with a cone-cutter at the end. This cone meets the flow of fluids already mixed in the cavitation chamber at the entrance to the working body. The liquids enter the working organ through the injectors continuously and absorbed in it by injection, in the trace of the main raw material - bitumen and dosed precisely with rotameters, which allows the process to be continuous and produce multicomponent mixture in a continuous flow. The number of components that need to be continuously assigned to the working body is not limited. After mixing in the cavitational chamber, the mixed liquids are dissected by a cone and are again found at the exit from the working organ, passing through the dispersing lattice. Such a working body practically does not fail, and in the case of replacement, its value ranges from 5000 to 9000 Euro, depending on the material needed and the productivity of the equipment.
The experience of the Ukrainian companies that have established the above-mentioned equipment has shown that the use of the proposed technology at the enterprise allows to carry out ecologically clean boiler fuel at the price below the market minimum of 10%. The emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere is reduced at times due to a unique fuel composition of organic components, connected by exact dosage and processed in an innovative cavitation plant. Creating production of a semi knocked down assembly of innovative cavitation equipment and technologies to produce an environmentally friendly product from the toxic oil refinery wastes in the EU, will significantly reduce energy costs and improve the environment in areas of its use.
Thus, the company seeks to cooperate under manufacturing adgeement with the factories that will be able to use cavitation equipment mainly at their oil refining industry but also for any other chemical industry that need any type of emulsions, emulsifiers and paints.
