Un científico polaco ha desarrollado un modificador de atmósfera bioactivo para alimentos envasados. El compuesto consiste en levadura, el medio para el crecimiento de levaduras, bacterias de ácido láctico, azúcar y un activador de crecimiento de bacterias. El uso de ácido láctico inhibe el crecimiento de microrganismos patógenos. El ácido láctico ayuda a producir un mayor volumen de gases que el compuesto que solo incluye una levadura y azúcar. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia y comercialización con asistencia técnica.

A scientist from Poland has developed a bioactive atmosphere modifier dedicated for packaged food.

The compound consists of yeast, medium for yeasts, lactic acid bacteria, sugar and bacterial growth activator causes oxygen consumption and formation of carbon dioxide and ethanol. In effect of this process freshness of the packaged food is extended.

Cooperation in a form of license agreement and commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
Description:
The scientist from North-West Poland has developed a bioactive modifier of atmosphere for packaged food.

The modifier has a compound form. By microbiological oxygen consumption and formation of carbon dioxide and ethanol it extends freshness of the packaged food.
The active substance consists of yeasts, lactic acid bacteria, sugar and bacterial growth activator. The use of lactic acid deepen the effect of CO2 and inhibits pathogenic microorganisms growth.

Lactic acid used in the modifier helps to produce greater volume of the atmosphere modifying gases comparing to the compound that comprising only yeast and sugar.

Cooperation in a form of license agreement and commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
