La eficiencia aumenta gracias a la aplicación de un nuevo material de encapsulación que sustituye a las películas de etilenvinilacetato. Este nuevo material tiene una mayor transparencia que las películas de etilenvinilacetato. La eficiencia de los módulos fotovoltaicos también aumenta gracias a la aplicación de los nuevos materiales y al proceso de soldadura de los hilos conductores. La empresa busca fabricantes de módulos fotovoltaicos con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia, joint venture y fabricación.

Description:
A new technology of photovoltaic module has been developed by an Armenian company engaged in development of cost effective solar energy systems. The proposed technology increases the efficiency of photovoltaic module and significantly decrease its cost.
The efficiency of photovoltaic modules is increased by application of a new encapsulation material instead of well-known ethylene-vinyl-acetate films. The new material has improved light transparency in comparison with ethylene-vinyl-acetate film. The efficiency of photovoltaic modules is increased also by application of the new materials and process for soldering of conductive wires.
The cost of photovoltaic modules is decreased by application of a new low cost fabrication process.
To implement proposed new technology no additional expensive equipment is needed. The fabrication of photovoltaic modules can be organized with the small changes in existing solar photovoltaic modules production sequence.
The proposed technology can be used widely for high efficiency and cost effective photovoltaic modules production.

The company is interested in licensee agreement to transfer the technology, joint venture and /or manufacturing agreement to produce the product.
Advantages and Innovations:
The parameters of photovoltaic module are improved by application of new encapsulation material and new technology for soldering of conductive wires.
Instead of well-known ethylene-vinyl-acetate films new encapsulation material is used, which has better transparency in ultraviolet region of solar spectrum. As a result of this innovation the efficiency of photovoltaic modules is increased.
The efficiency of photovoltaic modules is increased also by application of the new materials and process for soldering of conductive wires.
These innovative approaches allow also to reduce the prime cost of photovoltaic modules.
