Description:
The Ukrainian company founded in 2013 has been a provider and manufacturer of internal combustion engines. There are a lot of vehicles in the world that pollute the atmosphere, and the company has set itself the goal of reducing this impact. The technical instrumentation and know-how developed by the company solve this problem. A special feature is the use of a new fuel processing technology, which does not work to neutralize, like others, but to prevent the formation of harmful substances.The tests were carried out in real conditions. The model range was developed for engines of different types. Technology has a patent, registered trademark. The device is a cylindrical shape, chambercassette type. It has three chambers, where there is a stepped process of hydrocarbon fuel. The device contains an internal cassette with porous titanium, gamma-alumina, chemical catalytic elements, basalt fibers and copper grid. The treatment of fuel passing through the device, the catalytic materials, allows to intensify the reactions of structural reformation of molecules, in which there are discontinuities of carbon bonds in molecules and their splitting into more simple, resulting in the increase in the number of methyl groups. Thus, fuel processing in the device improves fuel quality, the fuel burn process becomes more intense. Also, the saturation of fuel with salts of scouring metals occurs at the nano level. As a result, organometallic compounds are formed, which in the process of combustion of the fuel-air mixture are transformed with the release of ions of bronze-forming metals and deposited on the surface of parts of the cylinder-piston group, fill the roughness and inequalities on the surface. As a result, compression is leveled in the engine cylinders, friction losses are reduced (the effect of basic friction), the engine´s motor´s working capacity decreases, and the formationof the fuel in the combustion chambers decreases.
At the final stage, the fuel is subjected to physical treatment in titanium filters, where it undergoes activation, homogenization and optimization of molecules. The fuel passes into a more energetic state of a homogeneous suspension with active molecules. Increases the rate (intensity) of combustion: the speed of movement of the front of the flame reaches 20- 30 ms, combustion of the total volume of the working dose of the mixture occurs within 0,003-0,005 sec. In this way, conditions are created for the redistribution of heat energy released during combustion of fuel aside from the implementation of greater mechanical work of the combustion mixture on the piston, and, consequently, the efficiency of the engine.
The Ukrainian company offers cooperation to potential partners in line of defining client-oriented solution in utilization of developed technology. Cooperation should take form of joint venture which should result in production -Y- marketing of the equipment for maintenance services. Foreign partners should be actively engaged in the areas automobile technology/energy efficiency plants equipment production.
