Description:
A German company operating in the field of systems engineering with a focus on galvanic process engineering and surface technology has developed an innovative high speed plating line, and is looking for partners to further develop this technology. The technology was developed within the framework of a project promoted by the European Commission.

In co-operation with a well-known German research institute the company developed a state-of-the-art galvanisation system characterised by a modular structure. This system represents a compact production cell and can be integrated completely and independently into the production process.

The plant is free of wastewater and exhaust air; it is space-saving and doesn´t require authorisation.
The main idea is the development of the fully automated and modular galvanic productions cell "InlinePlat", which can be directly integrated into the production process. The complete "cell" is installed onto a basic frame which can be transported by means of a forklift. According to customer needs robotics, vision systems or other components can be additionally integrated, so the effort for installation or initial operation can be reduced to a minimum.
With appropriate camera systems and sensors it will be possible to assemble the frames by means of a six-axis robot. Contemporaneously, a feedback about damaged or faulty frame positions can be given. Due to closed material flows the waste water and exhaust air quantities can be significantly reduced.
The company is interested in a commercial agreement with technical assistance or a technical cooperation agreement.
