Work package contractor for one century, the French company owns a proven expertise in the manufacture of aerostructure elements for major civilian and military aeronautic programs, in France and abroad.

By establishing its engineering division in 2010, the French group extended the scope of its activities to aerostructure design which is a major asset for the group´s development through project management for global aeronautic programs. This engineering division is in charge of the design and calculation phases within global outsourcing programs. Thanks to this new design activity, the French Group can now provide complete project management on structural parts and complex mechanisms. It offers a significant benefit to contractors in aeronautics: gaining efficiency with a single supplier, capable of dealing with both design and manufacturing. Relying on the industrial expertise of its mother company, the engineering division has already demonstrated its know-how and earned credibility, especially in the design of doors and exits. Global design outsourcing offer includes: feasibility studies, calculations, design, regulations and certification, trials, Supplemental Type Certification, special dispensation, major modifications, technical specifications for equipment, industrialization, and customer support.

As a consequence of this significant expertise, the French company has developed an innovative design technique to handle metal -Y- composite structures on civilian -Y- military aircrafts. It is now open to technical cooperation partnerships with other aircraft assembly companies in Europe. Common cooperation goal would be to share this competitive production technique with other European partners facing the same industry requirements. In spite of proprietary aspects which will stay confidential, any European company could benefit from such technique, depending on feasibility and technology transfer aspects.

With a recognized know-how derived from its aircraft manufacturer history, the French company has built a reputation as a global outsourcing partner for the manufacturing of build-to-print aerostructure assemblies and sub-assemblies by using this design technique. It is able to manage with the same level of excellence the production of structural parts, complex mechanisms and large-sized aerostructure elements, from industrialization to systems fitting. Build-to-print offer includes industrialization, detail parts manufacturing, aerostructure assembly, paintwork and systems fitting.

Last but not least, the French company also offers a comprehensive MRO service (maintenance, repair -Y- overhaul) associated to this design technique. It provides customers with a team dedicated to maintenance and repair services, for aircrafts under production or aircrafts that are no longer produced. Set up in 2007, this team gathers on the same floor all the persons implied in the MRO process. The MRO activity is certified according to European and American specific standards: PART 145, FAR 145, PART 21, FAR 21. Comprehensive skills include: on-plan work, new industrialization, obsolescence management, technical assessments, repair solution proposals, supply-chain management, including tier 2 sub-contractors.
