Una microempresa polaca ha desarrollado un aditivo especial de policarbonato que reduce los gastos de coque hasta un 60% durante el proceso de producción de acero en altos hornos. Esta tecnología fácil de usar, económica y muy efectiva garantiza la obtención de acero de la misma calidad y en la misma cantidad que las tecnologías actuales, aunque estas no reducen la cantidad de coque necesaria. La tecnología está indicada para la industria siderúrgica. La empresa busca socios industriales en Austria, Alemania y Francia interesados en reducir costes y proteger el medioambiente durante sus procesos de fabricación de acero. El objetivo es establecer acuerdos comerciales con asistencia técnica.

The Polish micro company developed a special polycarbonate additive which use with coke during steel production in blast furnaces cause lower coke expenditure up to 60% with preserve of quality and quantity of obtain steel. Technology is directed to ironworks. The company seeks industrial partners from Austria, Germany and France interested in saving money and protecting the environment during the manufacturing of steel. The company is offering the commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
Polish micro company offered technology ensures a thermal stability of work so that the blast furnace is achieved excellent use of fuel.
Polycarbonate additive prevents the appearance of adverse endothermic reactions and promotes exothermic reactions. Eliminating of endothermic reactions helps minimize the necessary amount of coke during the steel production. Used polycarbonate in any way has not affect the quality of the received steel. According to the results of laboratory tests using polycarbonate additive during steel melting possible to achieve unusual savings of amount of used coke up to 60%.
The existing technologies ensure to get a steel of the same quantity and quality like offering, but don´t let to save about 40% needed coke to the production of steel.
The company is interested in the cooperation agreement with technical assistance with the industrial partners. Partners should be from steel and cast iron area of activity and technologically prepared to test the technology during steel and cast iron production. Successfully tested technology could be continuously used by the partners in the production of steel. Due to the diagnosis of a niche and need for technology offered on the Austrian, German and French market the company is looking for partners from Austria, Germany and France. Furthermore the Polish company is well versed in the process of steel production on these markets and collaborated already with the partners from those countries.
This kind of cooperation will provide detailed information about the technology and its application methods. Long term use of the technology ensure lower emission of CO, CO2, SO2, for the better of the environment, so that technology brings direct economic benefits, and to a large extent contribute to the protection of the environment.
