Description:
The Italian SME´s core business deals with development and production of innovative electrically driven power systems for vehicles, personal mobility, logistics handling applications, and so on.
Since early 60s the company has focused on development and production of gearboxes for agriculture and electric vehicle transmissions.
The present range of off-the-shelf parts include: electric transaxle, gearboxes, dual drive units and complete powertrains. These subassemblies find their use in a wide and heterogeneous range of third parties final products, such as: electric forklifts, electric trolleys, agriculture and farming mobility equipment, mobility devices for disabled, electric zambonis (ice rink resurfacers), urban waste collection fleet, small electric buses, etc.
Electric horsepower covers, depending on the model, from 0,3 kW (0,4 HP) to 19 kW (25 HP). Maximum static weight loads range from 200 kg to 3 tonnes. Gearbox reduction and maximum torque are selectable over a vast range of values.
Special products can be developed by the internal engineering team upon specific customer needs.
The company holds internally all the competencies and resources to go from concept to end product: mechanical engineering design, 3D CAD, fast prototyping facilities, design and master mold production for casting, equipment for quality testing, one by one, of the final assemblies before shipment. For this purpose test benches are in operation for noise, sealing of casts and mechanical junctions, electric insulation, etc., for assuring 100% fault free and long lasting equipment, usually requiring little or no maintenance at all.
The company is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
