The wireless monitoring system allows to adopt forecast and prevention strategies based on the accurate sensors monitoring and drastically reduce damages repair service.
The system is made by a sequence of nodes. All nodes are provided with one or more sensors and/or actuators, which can exchange information through radio connection, following specific communication procedures. Since nodes are small and wireless, it is a low invasive system and allows a quick installation, particularly in areas where complex structures are not feasible.
In order to reduce to the minimum workers´ permanence in areas at risk, it is fundamental to use systems that ensure remote measurement and monitoring in real time and cuts installation and maintenance time. Every device has small dimensions and is able to support different kind of sensors in order to measure different parameters. The nodes have a long-life battery and in case of lack of communication between two nodes, the network will send data to an alternate path.
Data collected by the wireless sensor network are sent to the coordinator node and transmitted to a FTP server through a GPRS connection. The customers can anytime visualize and graphically represent data, make advanced researches, set up alert systems when reaching threshold limit values and define customized time sample.
The product can be customized according to client´s requirements.
