A Bulgarian inventor has developed an innovative device accumulating and releasing kinetic energy that significantly reduces energy losses and is applicable for motor vehicles. The inventor seeks research cooperation agreements with companies in order to test his invention and optimise performance.
Description:
A Bulgarian inventor and engineer with expertise in automotive engineering solutions with several issued patents has developed an innovative device applicable for motor vehicles.
The device has reverse mechanism accumulating kinetic energy torque spring. The device is installed in each wheel of the vehicle or is integrated into the housing. Management of any device on the vehicle is performed centrally by software making decisions for submission control signals according to the actual data on the physical condition and position of the controls of the vehicle. The device is adaptive in terms of road quality.
The inventor seeks research cooperation agreements with companies in order to test it further (in different conditions and models) and optimise the performance of the device.
Advantages and Innovations:
The device increases energy efficiency and reduces the environmental impact of vehicles by conversion and retention of excess kinetic energy of the vehicle. The innovative device achieves the following objectives:
- maneuvering at short distances without the engine running;
- emergency engine start;
- increases efficiency when driving in areas with poor road;
- achieves unloading of the main braking system of the vehicle during braking;
- achieves unloading the engine starting and acceleration;
- high efficiency of 82-85% (in laboratory tests).
