Description:
A French SME, which main know-how consists in process analysis, has developed innovative services and software solutions for design and operations improvement in various mineral, mining and metallurgical industries.

This technology includes the following parts:
- Scientific methods aimed at optimizing the sampling of heterogeneous materials such as metallic ores, industrial or building minerals, so as to minimize the sampling error and improve measurement accuracy;
- A software application for data reconciliation, enabling to get coherent material balances at the scale of the whole plant and to maximize measurement accuracy when assessing material composition, size distribution, moisture content, specific surface...

- A process simulation software combined to scientific expertise in mathematical modeling, enabling the optimization of the process according to various criteria (material, water, energy, environmental impact, cost) from the unit operation right to the complete plant. Hundreds of operations implemented in physical
-chemical treatment (notably comminution, physical concentration such as gravity or magnetic, flotation, solid-liquid operations, hydro-metallurgical processes...) can be simulated thanks to this simulation package, which assist process engineers with design, audits, optimization and increase of capacity. The simulation software is continuously enriched by new mathematical models.

- An integrated solution for metallurgical accounting, comprising a software tool and associated expertise for specific configuration, sampling and instrumentation improvement and training.

This technology is available on the market, and partners for commercial agreement with technical assistance, technical cooperation, and research cooperation are sought.
The company is also interested in joining research teams for research cooperation agreements to work on new process development, unit operation modeling or dedicated process simulator development (in H2020 project for example).
