Innovative concentration systems for industrial water treatment to achieve zero liquid discharge
A Spanish engineering SME working in heavily damaged industry water has developed concentration systems based on vacuum evaporation and crystallisation that allow achieveing Zero Liquid Discharge. These systems achieve higher degree of concentration with lower energy consumption than conventional methods. The SME is looking for industrial partners interested in a technical cooperation or a commercial agreement with techncial assistance.
The Spanish environmental engineering SME has more than 25 years of experience in industrial water and wastewater minimization and treatment. They are working to optimize water use in a responsible manner and promote either reuse by means of reaching Zero Liquid Discharge or to make it suitable for discharge in compliance with legislation.

The SME has developed concentration systems based in Vacuum Evaporation and Crystallization that allow achieving Zero Liquid Discharge. These can be used for a variety of applications in conjunction with other technologies to provide a complete solution, and where possible achieving Zero Liquid Discharge.

These concentration systems allow efficient recovery of high-quality water and other raw materials from industrial effluents. This can be a highly attractive prospect economically when the product to be recovered is of high value, and this can achieve a return of investment within the first year of the project.

The innovative vacuum evaporator structure is completely turnkey, designed and manufactured according to the specific customer requirements.

The scope of application of these systems is very broad. The technology is most suited to industrial waste water that is difficult to treat with traditional treatment methods.
