Un instituto de investigación coreano ha desarrollado un paquete para inspeccionar las boquillas de la cámara de combustión de turbinas de gas. Esta tecnología no solo inspecciona la inyección de combustible sino también el grado de limpieza de la parte interna de la turbina de gas. El dispositivo utiliza el sensor más avanzado para diagnosticar si el combustible se inyecta de forma uniforme en la cámara de combustión y también analiza el grado de limpieza para eliminar cuerpos extraños en la trayectoria de flujo interno de la boquilla. El instituto busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia, comercialización con asistencia técnica, cooperación técnica y licencia.

A gas turbine consists of a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine. The present invention is related to a packaged gas turbine fuel nozzle integrity evaluation device that uses the latest sensor in diagnosing whether or not fuel is uniformly injected through the combustor, the key part of the gas turbine, and for cleaning, when necessary, to remove foreign matter from the nozzle´s internal flow path.

The purpose of this invention is to increase the reliability and the output of the entire gas turbine facility by evaluating the degree of combustion instability based on the variation of the fuel distribution of the combustor, and by stabilizing the combustion state of the gas turbine.

The technology achieves a one-step configuration from nozzle diagnosis to cleaning and the integration of the device
